Ownership and restrictions
NexusRN content, design, item-bank structure, educational explanations, and app materials are intended for protected educational use. Visitors may not copy, republish, scrape, sell, or distribute the item bank or proprietary learning materials.

NexusRN may reference public educational standards, clinical concepts, or publicly available exam-framework descriptions for alignment and learning purposes. NexusRN is not affiliated with NCSBN and does not reproduce official exam items.
Item sharing
Posting screenshots, answer keys, rationales, or bulk copied NexusRN items publicly undermines assessment integrity and is not allowed.
