Allowed use

NexusRN is for individual educational practice, clinical judgment learning, and preview evaluation. Users may not treat content as patient-care advice or as an official NCLEX product.

Prohibited use

Area	Not allowed
Item-bank protection	Scraping, bulk downloading, automated harvesting, copying, republishing, or sharing question-bank content.
Account integrity	Sharing login credentials, reselling access, bypassing entitlement limits, or attempting to access non-public routes.
Misrepresentation	Claiming NexusRN is affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of NCSBN or any testing body.
Security	Testing, probing, or attacking the service without written permission.
Clinical misuse	Using educational content to make real patient-care decisions.

Enforcement

When paid access or accounts are enabled, violations may result in access removal, refund denial, or further action to protect the integrity of the item bank.
