NexusRN educational pages are written to help learners understand NCLEX NGN concepts, clinical judgment reasoning, and study workflow. This page explains how public content should be created, checked, and updated.
Content purpose
NexusRN public content is educational. It is designed for study support, not for patient care, clinical diagnosis, treatment decisions, or official exam policy interpretation.
Source alignment
NCLEX and NGN explanations should be checked against public NCLEX and NCSBN resources when possible. Pages that discuss official exam structure should link learners back to official NCLEX or NCSBN pages for final verification.
Review and corrections
Public educational pages should be reviewed for clarity, accuracy, source alignment, and learner usefulness. When an error or outdated explanation is found, the page should be corrected and the update date should be revised when appropriate.
Credentials and transparency
NexusRN should not imply clinical, academic, or official review credentials unless those reviewers are clearly named and their credentials are visible. Future clinically reviewed content should identify the reviewer and review role on the relevant page.
